电子膨胀阀故障分析及处理
Failure analysis and treatment of electronic expansion valve
 
 
    电子膨胀阀会有一个或另一个故障。当发生故障时,需要对故障进行分析,以便采取正确的措施解决电子膨胀阀的故障。裕隆、嘉兴、北京的电子膨胀阀故障大致分为三类:一类是电子节气门部件故障,一类是喷嘴部件故障,另一类是阀体部件故障。以下是针对这三类故障总结的故障分析和处理方法。
There will be one or another malfunction of the EEV. When the fault occurs, it is necessary to analyze the fault, so as to take correct measures to solve the fault of the electronic expansion valve. The faults of electronic expansion valve in Yulong, Jiaxing and Beijing can be roughly divided into three categories: one is electronic throttle component failure, one is nozzle component failure, the other is valve body component failure. The following are the fault analysis and treatment methods summarized for these three types of faults.
 
 
    一。电子节气门元件的失效分析与处理
One. Failure analysis and treatment of electronic throttle components
 
 
    打开电子节流元件外壳,接通装置电源,用手握住电子膨胀阀线圈,检查是否有动作,线圈是否有工作指示,若无动作,按以下步骤检查:
Open the shell of the electronic throttle element, turn on the power supply of the device, and hold the coil of the electronic expansion valve by hand to check whether there is any action and whether the coil has working indication. If there is no action, check according to the following steps:
 
    1 检查电子膨胀阀线圈体是否断裂。如果是,重新连接电线。
1. Check whether the coil body of EEV is broken. If so, re connect the wires.
 
    2 检查电子膨胀阀线圈与主板连接器连接是否松动。如果是,请重新插入。
2 check whether the connection between the coil of the electronic expansion valve and the main board connector is loose. If so, please re insert.
 
    3 检查主板是否有故障报警,排除其他因素。
3. Check whether there is fault alarm on the main board and eliminate other factors.
 
    4 检查主板输出电压是否正常DC 12V。
4. Check whether the output voltage of main board is normal DC 12V.
 
    5 测量电子膨胀阀线圈电阻是否正常463。如果异常,更换线圈。
5 .measure whether the coil resistance of the electronic expansion valve is normal 463. If abnormal, replace the coil.
 
    二。喷嘴失效分析及处理
Two. Failure analysis and treatment of nozzle
 
    1 将肥皂水涂在管道的所有焊接部位和螺母连接部位,看是否有气泡。如果有泄漏,重新焊接或调整。
Apply soapy water to all welding parts and nut connection parts of the pipe to see if there are bubbles. If there is leakage, re weld or adjust.
 
    2 管道重新焊接前,应按使用要求对阀体进行保护,并对系统进行清洗。
2. Before re welding the pipeline, the valve body should be protected according to the use requirements, and the system should be cleaned.
 
    三。阀体故障分析与处理
3. Fault analysis and treatment of valve body
 
    确认线圈部分的电阻和接头正常后,接通机组电源运行,用手握住阀体部分,感觉阀体是否动作。阀体从完全打开到完全关闭的时间约为6秒。当阀体处于全开或全关位置时,如果持续施加电压,阀体会发出很大的卡阻塔声。如果动作时间太短或不动作,则阀体限位机构或阀针可能卡住,请执行以下操作:
After confirming that the resistance and connector of the coil part are normal, turn on the power supply of the unit for operation, hold the valve body with your hand, and feel whether the valve body acts. The time from fully open to fully closed valve body is about 6 seconds. When the valve body is in the fully open or fully closed position, if the voltage is continuously applied, the valve body will emit a great jamming tower sound. If the action time is too short or does not act, the valve body limiting mechanism or valve needle may be stuck. Please perform the following operations:
 
    1 拆下线圈,检查阀体不锈钢外壳是否有碰撞痕迹。如果是,更换阀体。
1 remove the coil and check whether there are collision marks on the stainless steel shell of the valve body. If so, replace the valve body.
 
    2 如果阀体不动作,轻轻敲击阀体的阀体部分。如果没有,转到下一步。
2 if the valve body does not move, gently tap the valve body part of the valve body. If not, go to the next step.
 
    3 反复打开和关闭机器。如果是冷暖设备,重复制冷/制热转换三次。如果通电后阀体动作,说明系统中有杂质卡住。如果仍然不起作用,则拆下电子节气门部件。
3 turn the machine on and off repeatedly. In case of heating and cooling equipment, repeat the cooling / heating conversion three times. If the valve body moves after power on, it indicates that impurities are stuck in the system. If it still does not work, remove the electronic throttle component.
 
    4 将拆下的电子节流元件分别用干净的氮气正反方向吹扫,然后向单体发出脉冲信号,观察阀体是否动作。如果没有行动,返回工厂进行进一步分析。
4. Purge the removed electronic throttle elements with clean nitrogen in the positive and negative directions, and then send pulse signals to the monomer to observe whether the valve body acts. If there is no action, return to the factory for further analysis.
 
    5 经过上述步骤,单体可以重新安装并正常使用。安装前,必须对制冷系统进行清洗,防止杂质再次粘附。
After the above steps, the monomer can be re installed and used normally. Before installation, the refrigeration system must be cleaned to prevent impurities from adhering again.
